In most cases the services we provide include:

• Personally, meeting with you to understand what you need to accomplish.
• Determining a convenient schedule for your sale
• Contract agreement signing.
• Examining the rooms in the home to pull and inspect everything for sale.
• Staging the home which includes organizing, preparing items, displaying the items for sale and then pricing.
• Advertising in local media publications as well on estate sale website(s) and other internet advertising media
• Running the sale for either two or three days after procuring city permits
• Collecting sale funds and full disclosure reporting of monies
• Assisting with the donation of residual items
• In appropriate situations, a one-hour auction of all the remaining household items will be managed.
