We do not charge a minimum and we have no staging or upfront fees.  We do require a small advertising fee at contract signing. 

Unlike other companies, we sort through every drawer, cabinet, basement and garage making sure valuable family items are returned to the family.  Not all companies go to the extent of discovery and display that DuLayne does.
